Florabella, our newly built resort-inspired vacation home provides very comfortable living accommodation. It is a tucked away hidden gem nestled on a quiet street in the middle of nature, located in Puerto Carrillo, Guanacaste, Costa Rica.
Florabella has a monitored, state of the art security system including external cameras. The property is secure with an automated gate for further privacy.
Florabella is a spacious two bedroom, two bathroom unit with air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout the entire unit. The spacious dining room/living room area is equipped with a queen size sofa bed and a Smart TV. It has a fully functional kitchen with a full size oven and fridge for preparing meals (stocked with cookware, dishes, cutlery, toaster, coffee maker, microwave). A pass-through window allows for great views of the pool, and a counter space for an additional eating area. The bedroom has a queen bed with a patio door facing the pool, wardrobe, and a TV for relaxing in the evenings. The second bedroom has a full size bed with wet bar and TV and a second living space with a full size sofa bed and a Smart TV.
The outdoor space features a spacious pool, consisting of two wading areas for adults and kids alike. The 4' shallow is always nestled in the shade. The 9' deep end provides a wonderful way to cool things down. Whether you enjoy the shade or sun, the pool is a family favorite for everyone! Adjacent to the pool is the large outdoor shower/change area, and an outdoor BBQ with eating area. The pool deck has many different seating areas for guest comfort.
Guests also have access to a laundry room area with a Whirlpool washer and dryer. Parking is inside the gated property including a covered carport.
A water filter provides great tasting, chlorine-free water (no need to purchase bottled water), there hot water is at every faucet for your comfort, and a water tank and pump provide uninterrupted water with great pressure!
Want to enjoy specialty coffees? Florabella Cafe provides a coffee shop on site! Lattes, cappuccino, Americano, hot or cold, made with delicious Costa Rica Coffee!!
Solar panels with battery backup provide uninterrupted power to the unit to avoid Costa Rica's notoriously intermittent power!!! As well, dual high-speed internet is provided for reliability.
Carrillo beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica, is within walking distance! Puerto Carrillo is located in Costa Rica's blue zone and has some of the best restaurants in the area, two grocery stores, soccer field, the bus stop, and plenty of tourist activities from deep sea fishing, dolphin, turtle, and whale watching, snorkeling, kayaking, and surfing, are all within walking distance. For even more options, Samara is just a 15 minute drive away!
No Car? Don't wish to walk? No worries, ATV rental on site! Daily, weekly, or long term!

My stay at Florabella Resort was amazing. The unit was immaculately clean and had everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Wi-Fi connection was super reliable. The hosts, Glen and Pamela, have thought of everything. The resort is a very short walk from picturesque Playa Carrillo and is perfect for swimming and relaxing. Sunsets and sunrises cannot be beat. The resort is also close to restaurants and other amenities. I would definitely book again!

What you need to know is the Bed is Super Comfortable, and the 1 Bedroom I stayed in was so well decorated and designed, I took some ideas home with me. The kitchen was so well equipped, I was so happy to save money and cook our own dinners. The pool was Spectacular, very beautiful, clean and refreshing. Would I go back again? Yes, siree.. In a heartbeat 💓.
